DiSC is a four (behavioural) style model for helping us to understand our management style and how we interact with or get into coflict with other people. How we approach our own work, our decision making, our attitude to risk and how we manage time are all impacted by our DiSC profile. When we manage people or lead people, our DiSC styles affects either positively or negatively upon how people react to us as a leader, and the level to which they engage with their own goal achievement and support of the team goals.
