Take The Leader Behaviour Analysis Assessment

One of the most undervalued leader qualities is the ability to diagnose where you ‘direct reports’ are in their own development cylce and their needs, so that they have to be a high achievers in your team in the shortest possible time frame.

Your high achievers who make profit for you and your business have certain qualities in common. They have developed and honed their skills, they have confidence and they are highly motivated. Due to work pressure, manager’s can make assumptions that all their people are doing well and don’t need any help. This is certainly not true.

Your ability to diagnose in a short dialogue with your direct report what their needs are and how you can support them, is core to leading people successfully and to developing them so they are making profit for the business. You are there to not just direct people, but to collaborate with them and support them, so they become high achievers in their role. This makes your job easier in the long-term and allows people to remember you as a great boss.
